How does Accord HRM handle taxes?
Application is updated at back end to latest regulatory changes for users convenience.
Can we generate challan reports from Accord HRM?
Yes, Challans and other regulatory reports can be generated from Accord HRM.
To generate Monthly salary challans; please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Company Dashboard >Challans.
- Select “Create Challan”.
- Select “Fiscal Year” and “Month” you want to generate the challan for.
- Input the payment details and click “Submit”.
Is TDS on salary automatically calculated?
Yes, TDS (tax deduction at source) on salary will be automatically calculated as per applicable tax regulation based on the input from users.
What is a Tax Card?
Tax card is a report that shows tax computation of an employee for each month considering the relevant exemptions and deductions as per tax regulation.
How can we generate Tax Card?
To generate Taxcards; please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Company Dashboard > Payroll Management.
- Select the particular month’s payroll run.
- Select the Employee(s)
- Click on the drop-down of the “Download” button.
- Select “Download Selected” or “Download All” to view the Taxcard(s).
How can we generate Income Tax Deduction Certificate?
Income Tax Deduction Certificate can be generated from the Core HR module.
How can we generate Salary Certificate?
Salary Certificate can be generated from the Core HR module.
