What are the type of reports that we can generate from Accord HRM?

The application is capable of generating multiple useful reports both in MS Excel format. These can be edited/amended as per user requirements. We are always introducing further reports that users will find beneficial for them. The current reports that can be generated from accordHRM HR are-

Payroll Reports:

  • Monthly Payroll Report
  • Periodic Payroll Report
  • Comprehensive Payroll Report

Tax Reports:

  • Annual Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Report
  • Monthly Tax Computation Sheet

How to generate the Payroll reports?

To generate the Payroll reports; please follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to Company Dashboard >Payroll Reporting>Payroll Reports.

For Monthly Payroll Report:

  • Click on “Monthly Payroll Report”
  • Select the “Fiscal Year” and “Month” for which you want to generate the payroll report.
  • Click “Generate”
  • Click “Preview Report” to preview the report
  • Click “Download Full Report” in Excel.

For Periodic Payroll Report:

  • Click on “Periodic Payroll Report”.
  • Select the Timeline of the report
  • Click “Preview Report” to preview the report
  • Click “Download” to download the report in Excel.

 

For Comprehensive Payroll Report:

  • Click on “Comprehensive Payroll Report”
  • Select the “Fiscal Year” to generate the payroll report.
  • Click “Preview Report” to preview the report
  • Click “Download Full Report” to download the report in Excel.

How to generate the Tax reports?

To generate the Payroll reports:

  • Navigate to Company Dashboard >Payroll Reporting>Tax Reports.

For Annual Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Report:

  • Click on “Annual Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Report”
  • Select the “Fiscal Year” to generate the payroll report.
  • Click “Preview Report” to preview the report
  • Click “Download Full Report” to download the report in Excel.

For Monthly Tax Computation Sheet:

  • Click on “Monthly Tax Computation Sheet”
  • Select the month of the report
  • Click “Preview Report” to preview the report
  • Click on “Download Full Report” to download the report in Excel.
