• Step 1: Go to the payroll

To add an employee; please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Company Dashboard > Employee Management > Add Employee.
Fill up all the mandatory fields such as full name, nationality, gender etc. to create an employee profile.
Click “Save”.

Use the Payrun Wizard under the Payroll Section. The Wizard is designed to make sure all information is taken into account payroll run. However, keep in mind any employee that either has no or an expired contract their records will not show up during the payrun since they become tagged as "Inactive Employee". Therefore add/renew any contracts beforehand from the Employees section.

To generate monthly payroll reports; please follow the steps below:

Navigate to Company Dashboard > Payroll Reporting.
Click on “Monthly Payroll Report”.
Select “Fiscal Year”.
Click “Download Report” for the monthly payroll report.

To setup multiple employees; please follow the steps below:

Navigate to Company Dashboard > Employee Management.
Click on the drop-down menu of the Import button and select “Add multiple employees”.
Download the excel template and fill in all the necessary details. Orange marked fields are mandatory and must be filled in.
Click “Browse” and upload the filled excel template to complete the setup.

Yes, Challans and other regulatory reports can be generated from Accord HRM.

To generate Monthly salary challans; please follow the steps below:

Navigate to Company Dashboard >Challans.
Select “Create Challan”.
Select “Fiscal Year” and “Month” you want to generate the challan for.
Input the payment details and click “Submit”.

To add Bank Account data for multiple employees; please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Company Dashboard > Employee Management
Select the Employee(s)
Click on the drop-down menu of the Import button
Select “Bank Account for selected employees”

Income Tax Deduction Certificate can be generated from the Core HR module.

• Step 1: Go to the Provident Fund Module (PF)
• Step 2: Select the Employee Signup section
• Step 3: Click on Register Employee.
• Step 4: Download the template and provide the PF date into the Downloaded Excel file
• Step 5: Import the saved Excel file
After Importing the file, the employees will be registered for the PF

• Step 1: Go to the contract
• Step 2: Open the contract (Excel File)
• Step 3: At the bottom of the file, select the Leave Policy sheet of the Excel file.
• Step 4: Copy your leave policy and pest it to the contracted employee information.

• Step 1: Go to the payrunn • Step 2: Select the Payrun month • Step 3: Unapproved the month first • Step 4: Select the employe and then select the payrun settings • Step 5: At the payrunn settings, select the “Delete Pay Slip”. By clicking on the “Delete Pay Slip”, the selected employee’s payslip will be deleted from the payrun. • Step 6: Select on “Create Pay Slip”, and click on “Manual Payslip”. • Step 7: By Clicking on the Manual Pay slip, you’ll find your deleted pay slip of that specific employee. • Step 8: Give the manual pay slip run and a new pay slip will be generated with the 0 data been inputted. • Step 9: Now click on to the employee and select the “Updated Variable Input (Manual) and the excel fill will be downloaded of that specific employee. And now you can adjust the Tax.
